Sales Account Manager
Responsibilities
  • Generate sales through outbound cold calling and generated lead follow-up via multiple techniques
  • Sell LeapTel voice services to new business clients and assess opportunity to up-sell existing clients
  • Meet and exceed all assigned sales quotas while achieving targeted customer experience metrics
  • Manage the customer through all phases, including lead generation, pipeline management, and implementation, utilizing effective communication and listening skills
  • Consult with existing business customers on their business application and solicit referrals for potential new prospects
  • Engage outside sales when appropriate to architect complex opportunities
  • Resolve customer issues quickly within the first call or escalate appropriately
  • Update and maintain lead database and opportunity funnel on a daily basis to assure customer order fulfillment
  • Manage multiple activities simultaneously, including interacting with customers while using software applications for research and documentation
  • Consistent and punctual attendance required Monday through Friday during normal business hours, however, hours may vary based on customer need
Qualifications
2-5 years related experience required
